Thankfully, Singe's successes haven't all gone to his head. It takes great skill to make someone else's song into your very own. Many artists struggle with this transition, and I give the Australian artist kudos for that. As of this year, Singe uploaded over 75 covers onto his YouTube account. In the blink of an eye, William Singe can turn a club banger like hip hop artist Fetty Wap's "Trap Queen" into a sultry, melodic R&B hit. From his very own bedroom, Singe has recorded many song covers for his fans' pleasure. Though Singe has written many original songs, most people know him for his passionate covers of popular American hits. And better yet: this is only the beginning of his career.ģ. Of course, his hard work has paid off with him touring in cities across the globe. After three years, Singe finally decided to pursue his solo career. Though many of his fans know that his origin is from the X-Factor-produced boy band The Collective, it took Singe two auditions before the judges decided to place him in the music industry. Before going onto the X-Factor, Singe worked as a bank teller in Dee Why of Sydney, Australia. Singe's beginnings are more humble than you may think. If you're a music lover looking for uninhibited vocal skills, Singe is one of your best bets. His ad libs, his high notes, his rapping: all of these have been untouched by modern technology. Every note that Singe belts is his and his naturally. Singe, however, isn't included in this category. Auto-tune, computer-created instrumentation, and other popular technological components of this generation have decimated music's quality. In this dreaded age of technology, music lovers always question the authenticity of our most beloved artists. That is why I've compiled a list of reasons for why you should stan him just like me. Their kind of talent isn't taught, or faked you can tell that they live and breathe what they do! I am extremely excited for them and for their success to skyrocket because they'll be proving all of their "haters" wrong, but more importantly, they'll be proving all of their supporters that believing in oneself and hard work is all you need to be whoever you want to be.Well, I'm tired of being the only one who knows about Singe. I am definitely going to more of their shows, and I am waiting very, very patiently for their original content (which we got a glimpse of on Friday!). While they're performing, you can practically touch their energy, and their passion because it just seeps out of them with every line they sing. I am so glad that my best friend and I were able to go I had a raging fever the night prior to this event, there was snow everywhere and it was freezing! But these guys are pretty damn special, and their success is imminent therefore, I HAD to be there to witness the "early" stages of their career. The William Singe & Alex Aiono concert at Playstation Theater in NYC was beyond amazing! I'm not just saying that because I'm a fan of them both, but because they're both so genuinely talented and inspirational it's actually insane. I would attend anywhere in Northern or Central CA. He will need larger than a 600 max capacity next time he flies 30 hours from Australia to entertain his Golden State guests. San Francisco clearly displayed this artist's loyal fan-base in being one of the fastest sold out venues of the tour. People pay attention each time a new still shot of that blue wall and big microphone comes out, generating thousands of likes in just minutes of its posting. His signature is shooting out videos made in a bedroom equipped with computer/studio components, keyboard, and guitars. Will clearly has a gift he's been able to hone and push, sticking to his passion and wooing fans with his falsetto range and riding beats.

I first caught wind of his talent virally on Facebook, as his cover of Michael Jackson's Rock With You was circulating in March 2015. Eventually the rest of The Collective disbanded later in the year, while Will Singe was blowing up YouTube and Facebook with self-produced covers of pop music adding his particular style/arrangement infused with hip-hop, rap, r&b, and soul. (For those who don't know, Will Singe was in a boy band called The Collective, which was formed through the Australian X Factor show, and he left in early 2015. He mentioned how 12 months ago he was pondering the next steps of his career and how today he's traveling across countries to do what he loves most. So great to be a part of witnessing this artist's embarking on a new journey of his singing/producing/performing career.
